AI readiness is not lodgement. This product does not submit a return to the ATO. Registered tax agent review and lodgement is a separate service when available.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TaxEnd.AI platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides AI-assisted tools that help Australian individuals organise their tax information, estimate outcomes, and prepare the material needed for a tax return. Outputs are estimates and preparation aids. They are general in nature, do not take your full personal circumstances into account, and are not a substitute for advice from a registered tax agent.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply and for any return that is ultimately lodged with the ATO on your behalf. You agree to review all figures produced by the Service before relying on them.
Fees for paid plans are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
The Service, including its software, content and branding, remains the property of TaxEnd.AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the information you submit.
To the extent permitted by law, TaxEnd.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
